Ouiby Inc. dba Kickfurther seeks Business Intelligence Product Manager in Buffalo NY to assist management with decision making by collecting and analyzing data with mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods, including Customer Relations Management (CRM) Systems and associated databases. May work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Founded in 2015 by Sean De Clercq and Erik Straub, Kickfurther is disrupting the world of business financing. Our marketplace model breaks away from traditional factoring and PO-financing in a way that enables growing small to medium size consumer goods (CPG) businesses to access capital so they can produce inventory. Responsibilities:
-Collaborate weekly with senior executives and decision-makers to define and clarify
management objectives.
-Track information technology issues using Jira and resolve them by working
collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless operations.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy every quarter by closely
working with departmental stakeholders that aligns with the company's overarching
goals and drives sustainable growth.
-Effectively communicate product plans, their associated benefits, and outcomes to
stakeholders, including executives and customers.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to craft and execute
successful go-to-market plans, ensuring the successful launch of new products.
-Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to prepare management reports, define problems,
evaluate solutions, and drive data-informed decision-making.
-Use of Salesforce and HubSpot CRM tools to organize, record, and enable action with customer data and help track and advance customers along every stage of the analytic process.
-Analyze and evaluate alternative courses of action through rigorous data analysis
and interpretation, selecting the most effective strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
-Leverage expertise in Supply Chain, SaaS product usage data and customer
feedback to inform product roadmap development and feature prioritization.
-Develop product roadmaps using tools such as Jira and Notion, and effectively
prioritize features throughout the product lifecycle.
-Drive data-driven decision-making by working closely with the data team to enhance
processes, thereby promoting product success and fostering growth.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
through weekly check-in meetings to ensure successful product outcomes.
-Lead productive product brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative
ideas and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience must have included:
-BI Tools including Tableau, Minitab, and Mixpanel
-Data analysis and generating reports using SQL, Python and Excel
-CRM tools including Salesforce and HubSpot
-Financial Risk Data Modelling and Forecasting
-Management processes and software used
for supply chain management, order management, and inventory control
-Understanding of product management, wireframing and design tools including Jira, Notion, GitHub, Figma and Miro
-Data analytics from crowdfunding platforms
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, mathematics or related field
Salary: $124,862/yr.

Business Development Outbound Team Lead (Fully Remote, International)
Kickfurther is seeking a dedicated Business Development Outbound Team Lead to join our dynamic Sales team and take responsibility for our cold outbound communication program. As an integral part of our group, you will play a pivotal role in building pipeline for our Sales team through Outbound email activities. Success as an individual contributor will provide the opportunity to advance and manage others. Your responsibilities will include:

Personalized Email Engagement: Create personalized email content based on prompts provided by the BDR team to effectively engage and nurture prospects.
Building Lists of New Leads: Utilizing Apollo, other lead generation software, and creative research to build a database of potential clients.
Constant Optimization: Record and analyze the activities completed by your role and run weekly experiments in messaging, cadence, and call to action to improve results.
Email Address Verification: Ensure all outreach emails are sent to verified email addresses to prevent bounces and maintain contact list accuracy.
Email Sequence Enrollment: Enroll prospects into email-only sequences using additional inboxes from Account Executives to enhance engagement and follow-up.
Sales Goals Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas through effective outreach and conversion strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications
Native-level oral and written English communication skills.
Must have 6+ years of experience with Outbound. Pipeline generation, building email sequences, writing personalized email content to reach new prospects and convert them to meetings.
Management or team lead experience is preferred, but not required
Skillful with CRMs, Excel, AI tools, and other new tech/applications. Salesforce, Gong, and Apollo experience preferred.
Ability to scrape Net New Leads for Outbound efforts.
Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to document and format work responsibilities into training materials.

Employment Package
Compensation is approximately $25,000 USD (15-17 LPA INR) per year depending on experience.
12 paid vacation days per year, accruing 1 day per month.
