What is consignment model financing?

This means we purchase your inventory and consign it back to you. Through this funding model, the inventory itself is not an asset owned by your business, and therefore, does not produce a corresponding liability on your business’s balance sheet. The consignment agreement is not a loan and is therefore not recognized as debt.
