We have experienced tremendous post-COVID growth as more people focus on cooking at home and shopping online, and now need assistance supporting an increased volume of orders.

This Co-Op will be used to purchase inventory for two of our top-selling items our Adjustable Stainless Steel Mandoline Slicer and our Adjustable Mandoline Slicer with Waffle Fry Cutter. We have been in business for over three years and have a consistent track record of sales. Gramercy Kitchen Co. is an eCommerce-only business with products retailing on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and in our own Shopify store.  
Our Amazon sales channel is the most established. Shopify, Walmart, and eBay have grown significantly in the past 90 days but still represent a small slice of overall sales.

Our supply chain and logistics processes are well established. The products are private label and manufactured in China. We have a 3+ year relationship with the factory, and we also have established post-production and pre-shipment inspection processes. 2008 units of each model just arrived into Amazon FBA warehouses and are currently being checked in.

Our Amazon sales are up significantly (>70%) from a year ago, and particularly in the past 90 days. Thus, we anticipate selling through this inventory in 45 - 60 days. Sales of each model over the past 90 days via FBA tally 3748 and 3994 units with current BSR of #4,515 and #4,460 in the Home & Kitchen category on Amazon respectively for the Waffle Fry Cutter and for the Stainless Steel Mandoline.
