*UPDATE: With all that is going on around us, we understand that you may have concerns about production, forecasts, etc. As of this writing, we have no production constraints nor expect any at this time as we source domestically. Given the timeline of this production run, we do not expect any negative changes in our sell through projections. If anything, we expect to see an increase in sales mid to late summer as we all get back into our normal routines coupled with new retailers we are in discussions with and promotional plans we are putting in place. Rest assured we are monitoring the situation closely with our financial team and at the moment, we do not forecast anything that would effect this co-op.
Our Life Foods has been on a rapid growth spurt. We have two successful brands "A Cajun Life" and "Swamp Pop" Since inception, we have been doubling or near doubling YOY sales and expect that to build on our 750k+ in 2019 to a $1.2M forecast for 2020.
We have a team of accountants who help us manage projections and expectations around both production runs and expected sales outcomes. The funds from our campaign will allow us to increase production runs and meet the growing demand expectations we are experiencing while simultaneously reducing our input costs. As best we have data for, we are sold in a collective 5000+ retail doors and growing.
